‘the amulet’ is a painting that captures the emotional energy of something deeply personal and protective. An amulet in the broadest sense. It could be a place , a person, a memory or a physical object. What matters is the feeling it carries: comfort, connection and the quite power of being accompanied. This work explores how we hold onto certain moments or symbols as emotional anchors. They stay close to the heart, offering strength and grounding, especially during times of change or uncertainty. Through layered textures and intuitive Colors, the painting becomes a visual expression of these inner treasures, what we carry with us to feel safe, whole and seen.
