‘Collect Your Energy’ is a painting that emerges from a personal need to protect and preserve my own energy. It reflects a recurring experience of giving too much of myself emotionally, mentally and creatively, until there is little left to nurture who I am.

Through this piece I explore the quiet exhaustion that comes from constantly offering energy outward, often without noticing how much is being lost. The painting becomes an act of awareness and return, a way of gathering that energy back and reconnecting with myself.

At the same time, it carries a more intimate and reflective layer, where the gesture of collecting energy feels almost like a ritual.
